Please note that no amount will be refunded after making a payment. Once funds are added to your wallet or a template is purchased, the transaction is final and non-refundable.

3. Usage of Funds

The balance in your wallet can only be used for template purchasing within the Einvits platform. Wallet balances cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for cash.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from using a purchased template, please contact our support team. We will work diligently to resolve the issue for you.
